SIDING AND FENCE PROJECT
1775-1819 and 1776-1820 Bristol Walk are now underway, fencing has been removed.
Tuesday, August 12 the siding will be removed from the building beginning with 1775-1819 Bristol Walk.
All owners/residents need to review the condition of their yards. Any items that is within 1 foot of the fence panel will need to be removed in order to allow for replacement. This includes raised planting beds (which also contributed to drainage issues) bricks, decks or platforms.
Stored Tires and other items that need special disposal have been noted. These need to be removed appropriately. Garbage and stored items that have accumulated need to be removed this Wednesday, trash day.
CURRENT BUILDING BEING WORKED ON: 1700-1751 Sessions Walk (odd and even). The renovation project is currently underway.
Fence replacement will be scheduled once completion of building renovation has taken place.
