ALL PARKING PERMIT REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING WITH FORMS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS.  THERE WILL BE NO VERBAL DISCUSSIONS DUE TO THE NEED FOR DOCUMENTATION.  UTILIZE VISITOR PARKING AND CALL IN PROCEDURE FOR TEMP USE OF VEHICLES, CHANGE OR ADDITION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE PARKING PERMIT OR WRITTEN INPUT AS TO WHY NO PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.

ALL VEHICLES MUST DISPLAY EITHER A CURRENT HILLDALE PARKING PERMIT TO VEHICLE REGISTERED TO FOR COMMON AREA PARKING. VISITORS MUST UTILIZE VISITOR DESIGNATED SPACES 6PM-6AM (NO USE OF COMMON LOTS) WEST OF MANCHESTER DRIVE AND CALL INTO REDMON'S TOWING BY 11 PM TO AVOID TOWING AT YOUR EXPENSE. TEMP USE OF RENTAL VEHICLE WHEN CAR IN SHOP OR DUE TO ACCIDENT :
When rental vehicle is in use you must provide detailed information and copy of rental document to receive temporary common element parking waiver / extended stay permission.

2017 MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

BALCONY PIER/PATIO REPLACEMENT PROJECT INTERIOR PATIO ONLY

  • 1760-70 Bristol all lower unit, interior patios, 1768-69 Sessions Walk, lower unit, interior patios and 1760-61 Sessions Walk, lower unit, interior patios begin 7/31 shoring of posts.  Removal begins on 8/28 and Pour will take place on 8/31 and 9/1 per building notices.
    Cement replacement project begins on 5/22/17 at 6AM vehicles must be moved from work area

    Replacement of Landscaping - newly renovated areas are 1700-1744 Sussex, 1770-1714 Sessions Walk, 1704 Fayette Walk east side and 1700 Fayette Walk east side, 1588-1608 Manchester Drive, 1824-44 Bristol Walk and 1825-45 Bristol Walk 

  • Thursday, June 1 asphalt replacement on Sussex Walk and Bristol Walk; vehicle will be relocated at owner's expense for Redmon's to move them for the project to take place.
